Options:
Simple white powder scenarios can be resolved credibly as a student hoax.
Suspect Vehicle can explode before cordons are effectively in place resulting in further casualties. Silver command can be included in the exercise with ‘Gold’ injects role played. |

Drums of Chemical dumped on Construction site.
Narrative:
The site foreman has discovered chemicals dumped on site, two workers have been contaminated and made their own way to hospital. This is not the first incident of this type. There is real potential to confuse the chemical as it has two distinct forms. Accurate data gathering is essential for correct resolution of the incident. |

Scenario Six
Leak on Gas Cylinder.
Narrative:
A Leaking gas cylinder is located inside a laboratory. A member of the cleaning staff is missing, all internal doors self lock as security so all doors are locked delaying search. Laboratory has fume cupboards that can be operated to remove gas using chemical scrubbers before release to atmosphere if required |
