Scenario
Called to an AFA at a Business address in the middle of town, after concluding this to be a false alarm and a stop is sent you are then prioritized to 32 Hillbrook Road Chelmsford

Narrative:
You are called to a smoke detector sounding in a domestic property in a large housing estate. The time is 03:00hrs and you are one of two appliance tipped out. The second appliance is at least 10mins behind you. On arrival there are no signs of fire to the front of the house and you can hear the Smoke detector sound coming from the rear. You can soon see light smoke rising above the roof to the rear of the property. This property in a mid terrace, two storey building with access to the rear of the property via an alley way in St. Johns Street. This alley is too small for an appliance and the property’s rear garden is approximately 50m from St. John Street

Possible Causalities:
A family of four occupy the property (Two adults and two children aged 7and 9)
Plus two cats.
