Scenario one
Fire in external bin compound.
Narrative:
It is a bright summer afternoon when a fire has occurred in an external bin compound. The fire develops rapidly and spreads into the building through an open external fire escape and through breaking of the kitchen windows.
The initial attendance arrives at the front of the premises and is greeted by the head teacher. The role call is not yet complete and smoke is reported inside the building. Crews entering from the front will find heavy smoke logging. Crews entering from the playground will find a rapidly developing fire. The incident becomes persons reported and there are several fatalities discovered.
