You are called out as part of a two pump attendance to Brooklyn court, a low rise block of flats on the outskirts of Anytown. It is 11:20 on the morning. As you approach you can clearly see smoke issuing over the top of the flats. When you arrive you make your way into the lobby area where you see the annunciation panel showing a fire in zone 5.

On arrival front of block additional ¾ view showing rear, access to opposite bank via bridge. Role play or view to show persons trapped on the balcony, may subsequently jump to safety in the river.

Fire alarms are sounding on the 7th floor (Flat 44) Smoke is issuing on arrival you are the first attendance of four appliances and an ALP plus 1 flexi duty officer. You are met by the security guard in the lobby area. Lots of people are self evacuating from floors above the fire. Due to the time of day the ALP can not be used due to access. A large crowed is gathering in the car park.

You are called out as part of a two pump attendance to the “Avenues Health Centre”, Anytown. One pump will arrive at the premises approximately 5 minutes before the second. On your approach you can clearly see smoke issuing over the roof of the building. As you approach you are met by the fire marshal.

A pair of semi detached houses the right hand house has windows and doors blown out and an intense fire in the front lounge. A man is in the street in his burnt clothes and is suffering from burns and severe shock. There are reports of his wife and children are inside.

Called to an AFA at a Business address in the middle of town, after concluding this to be a false alarm and a stop is sent you are then prioritized to 32 Hillbrook Road Chelmsford.
