Based on a fictitious incident the simulation covers several scenarios as part of a whole multi agency bronze and silver command exercise. Incidents will occur dynamically and will result in multiple attendances. Each scenario is designed to build into the whole to feed the Silver Command operating in parallel to the Bronze Commanders.

Major Collapse of Fire Service HQ and surrounding buildings. Large scale multi-agency incident, designed to test business continuity and management structure.

Rail crash into a car at a level crossing. Several carriages derail and overturn. There are fatalities and multiple casualties. Fire Service and Police are in attendance. The first ambulances are in attendance for first stage command and control. The scenario starts with the officers attending the developing incident to take over command.
