Narrative:
You are called to a smoke detector sounding in a domestic property. The time is 13:00hrs and you are one of two appliance tipped out. The second appliance is at least 10mins behind you. On arrival you can see light smoke rising above the roof to the rear of the property. This property is a two storey building with access to the rear of the property via a narrow drive way to the right of the building. This alley is too small for an appliance and the property’s rear garden is approximately 100m from adjoining fields. Security gates are the only access to the drive and the property.

Possible Causalities:
A family of four occupy the property (Two adults and two children aged 7and 9)
Plus two cats
