Narrative:
The rapidly developing fire can spread laterally or outside to the locked car park at the rear. There is potential for cylinder involvement. Adjacent building used for small animal storage also becomes smoke logged due to air intake fans on the side of the building facing the fire. Towards the end of the exercise a gas maine in the rear car park can also become involved.

Possible Causalities:
Approximately 150 exotic pets stored in the building directly to the right.

Options:
Acetylene Cylinder – additional option of Major League Football match in 23 hours – massive cost implication if cancelled. Guard dog in yard at rear requires capture by a handler – fire fighter bitten if committed. Gas maine at rear of property. Near by rail traffic can become affected.

Possible Causalities:
Pet shop animals
Guard dog.
Fire fighter who may be bitten by the guard dog.
